This restaurant is well known for its steaks and is often recognized as one of the top dining establishments in the whole city. The spacious dining room features vibrant colors, high ceilings, plush fabrics, polished woods, and open kitchen as well as views of the hotel's recreational area below. The menu offers a little something for everyone, but steaks are definitely recommended. The steaks, which are USDA Prime, are dry-aged for 21 to 28 days and hand-cut on the premises for optimal flavor. Popular menu selections include filet mignon, lamb chops, elk, a New York strip and the signature bone-in rib-eye.
