AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Recreation/Exercise): A sports enthusiast will love this resort! I golfed on one of the 5 golf courses, played tennis and croquet and worked out in the massive health club!
Rich in golfing history and tradition, this resort is home to the PGA Tour's Honda Classic every winter. Indulge in some picture taking at the pool, which overlooks a lake and the 18th green. The grounds at this multi-faceted resort feature an abundance of banyan and bamboo trees, which add allure. The lobby overlooks the pool area and features a lounge, restaurant and coffee shop. There are multiple dining outlets from which to choose ranging from a casual meal to fine dining. Men come here for the 90 holes of golf, women visit for the European-theme spa and kids love it for the plethora of recreational activities that are available. The spa includes three mineral pools and a wealth of treatments. The guest rooms are spacious; even the smallest is 480 square feet. Each room features dark wood tones, upscale bedding packages, granite and marble accented bathrooms, a flat-panel TV and either a balcony or patio. Smoke free premises. 339 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Wow..friendly staff was only outdone by the beauty of the grounds. Large pool, plenty of chairs (no need to get up at 7am to reserve one!), good food and service at the poolside snack bar. Plus live entertainment in the lobby bar. A great experience, wish I had stayed longer.
Pros: A hopping place, but secluded if you preferred
Cons: No beach

Pros: The property is large. There was a nice pool.
Cons: The rugs were dirty (surprisingly!). While I understand that food at hotels and resorts is typically expensive, this place was ridiculously overpriced. Also, I was charged a "resort fee" of $25/day when we left? No idea what that was for?

Pros: Hotel is clean, and hotel lobby and premises were present, and well manicured. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and as a hotel guest, you are entitled to use the driving range with complementary golf balls, the workout area is a full gym, and is surpurlative
Cons: The noise of the upstairs sliding door traveled throughout my room. I could tell the whereabouts of my upstairs neighbors at all times. Get a top level room. The price for golf was prohibitive, champions course was $417, and other courses = $285 + tax.
