This restaurant aims to connect with the sport of polo, which is very popular here in South Florida. Polo-themed wall murals and mallets decorate the dining room and make you feel like you're part of the action. Although the restaurant is well known for its selection of USDA Prime cut steaks, the restaurant does offer some local and specialty seafood dishes. The menu features filet mignon, a New York strip steak, rib-eye, prime rib, veal, wild salmon, dover sole, duck and free-range chicken. All of the beef products are certified "Prime" and dry-aged for 28 days on the premises. The dim lighting, soft music and lovely pool views create an experience that is hard to match anywhere else on Palm Beach. Lunch draws a more casual crowd while dinner brings those in for a more refined or even romantic experience. The service is skilled and features some table side preparations, which are masterful examples to show you how your meal is crafted. This is a great place for any occasion. There are even private dining areas for larger groups.
