Mr. Kevin Lee, the owner and chef, has brought something special to this city. This hugely popular restaurant features a menu for those who appreciate Asian cuisine. Dishes lean more towards the Japanese culture with a taste of Thai and a hint of Chinese thrown in for good measure. Thai treats include curry dishes, basil duck and pad thai. Chinese delicacies feature fried rice and wok-tossed noodles. The sushi is quite possibly the reason why this spot is so popular. A plethora of signature rolls litter the menu making it hard from which to choose. Only the freshest ingredients and highest grade sushi is served here. The chef has mastered some creative rolls with items centering around foie gras, duck, blue fin tuna, caviar, eel, flying fish eggs, Chilean sea bass and soft shell crab. There are plenty of traditional rolls featured if you're not one to stray from the usual. However, I do suggest you try the ultimate sea bass roll. It is a can't miss, which is evident as soon as it hits your taste buds. There is a hint of South Beach here, but without the trendy party crowd. The décor is dark but well accented by distinctive light displays and chrome accents throughout. Techno music tends to pump softly in the background for a hip vibe.
