Cons: After booking the room on booking.com, was told at receptiin that they no longer had a room at the level I booked at. Was told I had to purchase a room that was $100 more instead. It was raining, and I had no choice. Bait and switch tactics used!

Cons: Problema con el abaño y tuve que limpiar por mi cuenta ya que no habia personal de manteniemiento. I hve problem with the toliet, was clogged I need to clean up for my self because not maintenance people available.

Pros:
Cons: My air conditioner was broken. My room was 99 degrees when I returned for the night. I was offered a fan that took over an hour to get. Maintenance came at 10:30pm and fumbled through his work. I was told there was no other rooms available. I woke up covered in sweat with the temperature never getting cooler than 78. I was offered $27 off my bill. I requested a comp for that night and was told they couldn't do that. I was completely disappointed and will make sure myself our any of our teammates does not stay at one of these hotels. I should not have had to pay to sleep in misery!!
