Three generations of family have run the barbecue using Grandpa Elton's slow-cooked methods. They are known for pit barbecue serving such specialties as St. Louis ribs, pork, beef brisket, turkey and chicken. Also offered are grouper, shrimp, oyster, clam and catfish dishes.
