This restaurant far exceeds expectations as a hotel dining establishment. The menu focuses on modern American cuisine with refined selections such as organic greens, seasonal fruits, wild salmon, black Angus burgers, Maine lobster, ahi tuna, buffalo mozzarella, a New York strip steak and sea bass. The lunch menu centers on sandwiches and salads, whereas the dinner menu focuses on land and sea entrées. The atmosphere is hip with a chic South Beach feel to it. Eccentric design mediums and shapes matched with vibrant colors exude a happening ambience. Oversized armchairs make you feel like a king or queen as you dine. Reservations are suggested at all times of the day, but not always necessary. The staff is hotel trained; therefore, service is a top priority. This is a great venue for a casual lunch, romantic dinner, business luncheon or even a quick bite by yourself.
