Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens

Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is at 3755 W. Seminole Blvd. The park contains more than 400 animals representing 150 species of mammals, birds, insects, reptiles and the Barnyard Buddies Children's Zoo as well as a train, a carousel and a playground. The Tropical Splash Ground includes animal water features, raining trees and a bucket dump. Guests can take a cell phone audio tour, feed a giraffe or have a behind-the-scenes rhinoceros encounter. Educational chats and animal shows take place daily. ZOOm Air Adventure Park, a zip line and obstacle course, is on the grounds.

Picnicking is permitted only in designated areas.
