AAA Inspector Notes
A walk through the door and guests are greeted by a wall of fame with pictures spanning the 30 years this family-run steakhouse has been in business. Diners are challenged to eat a six-pound steak in a certain amount of time—if successful, the steak is free. Call a few days in advance to make a reservation. For those who just want to enjoy some meat, try the T-bone, Porterhouse pork chop, rib-eye, petite filet, strip steak or filet mignon. The loaded buckskins go nicely with any meal. Ambience is the people you bring to dinner with you, so choose wisely as the décor here will not be the most impressive part of the meal.
