Pros: Service
Cons: The spa rates were higher than posted and the club level lounge food was too fancy. Need more southern food

Pros: The Beach Club is outstanding both from a positioning and a facilities point of view. The Hotel, itself is fine but not outstanding given a daily rate charge per room of over 600 dollars a night. Some of the staff at the hotel and the beach club try hard but some are not so good. For instance one of the ladies at the hotel who greets diners would put anyone off. Finally low rating for the bathroom as the whole room smelt of mildew because there is no extractor fan present.

Pros: The restaurant was tacky and their hostess was unprofessional and dressed like she was going to a barn building. The food was overpriced. The entire place was woefully understaffed. The valet service was slow.
Cons: A much more classy restaurant. Its theme did not fit with the elegance of the hotel. Reminded me of a holiday inn restaurant. No one opened doors or greeted us when we entered building. No fresh flowers in lobby. Naples is MUCH better.

Pros: The best part about our stay was the staff! Amazingly friendly, courteous, helpful and welcoming! Every single one-from the bell hop to the front desk to the wait staff and the person servicing the pool said hello and offered to be of help. Thank you! Sad it should be such a novelty in the hotel business or even in life but it really made all the difference. Food at Beach Club was amazing too.
