This restaurant is one of three owned by the locally popular Chef Paul Mattison who also is recognized for his culinary hands-on cooking classes and catering service. The restaurant makes for a distinctive fine dining experience for celebrations or business functions. The menu offers such tasty choices as grilled salmon filet, chicken Marsala, chicken penne pasta, bistro steak salad, shrimp rangoon, Greek salad with lamb chops and seafood gumbo. For those with a more casual palette, choose from pizza, burgers, Cubans, chicken panini, turkey bacon wrap, sliders and salads.
