Pros: The Hotel Employee at the front desk was very informative and friendly! He obviously enjoys helping people find places that they would enjoy in town and has put a lot of effort into being prepared with suggestions. Good food/coffee/cookies in lobby. Nice
Cons: No towel hooks near shower. No hand towel hooks at sink. Shelf for towels in bathroom was not level/falling from wall. Very nice overall though!

Pros: The coffee was good, breakfast ok. Front desk staff very helpful in pointing out attractions, restaurants etc.
Cons: I booked a room with the claim: "Room features a spa bathtub, cable TV, a work desk and tea and coffee-making facilities." When I got there, we were not given that room but a similar style room. Did not have a Spa Bath and for the price I paid, felt like I overpaid by a LOT. I decided not to make an issue of it at the time as they were completely booked for the night anyway and had given our room to someone else.
That $185/night room was facing the street and trains, cars, motorcycles and police were up and down A1A all night, both nights.
I do not recommend this hotel's "fancy room with a spa" at all. For the price I paid plus a little more, I could have gotten a bed / breakfast downtown. Do yourself a favor and book it that way. There are tons of those downtown, very convenient to the attractions.

Pros: We enjoyed the size of our room, plenty of space for two adults and three children. The huge walk in shower was nice. When we got there the gentleman at the front desk was quick and very nice and able to accommodate our early check in request.
Cons: We had those little crazy itty bitty ants on the side tables. The breakfast was adequate and good, but for the room price I expected maybe a little more.
