AAA Inspector Notes
You will feel the welcoming, down-home vibe the moment you walk through the doors of this converted 1940s gas station loaded with memorabilia from that era. The daily changing specials are always tempting and usually include several appetizers to start your meal. The chef takes special care in sourcing local products to create dishes like shrimp, sausage and grits, "not your mama's" meatloaf and Southern fried chicken pot pie. Something not found on many menus is the venison rib chop. A fine finale to your meal is the luscious peanut butter pie.
