Since the 1980s the palm-thatched dining huts have given diners unusual vantage points to gaze out over the Intracoastal Waterway. Caribbean influence is evident in many dishes. Seafood reigns supreme here, but there are other dishes available for the landlubbers, including pork, steak, chicken, pasta and salads. You have to start with their award-winning conch chowder before moving to an entrée. The fish tacos are great for lunch, but go with something a bit more hearty for dinner.
