Pros: Staff very helpful. Location right on the water. Food service to beach and room was well prepared. Cars were quickly retrieved from garage and great helpful bell hops.
Cons: Elevator service was marginal and long wait times. Used maintenance / staff elevators to work around clogged main elevator lobby.
