Pros: The desk clerks and breakfast staff were courteous and friendly. I traveled using residence hands across the country as well as other Marriott properties. The place was clean the food was way below average I would lean forward the pool the quality was not good.
Cons: The air-conditioning did not work in our two bedroom suite. I'll begin asking the night before and waited till 11 AM the next morning. After several calls no one return my calls I checked out to find other facilities to stay at. There were two couples a total of four people. The unit itself was very clean. Upon opening the front door you can see a single chair in the living room next to the fireplace that was completely torn up around the sides and pieces of the chair hanging out. Upon mentioning that to the staff they told us that was a common complaint and the renovation plans would go on later after I had left replacing the items. When I checked out opposed to giving me my room right for $129 for the night they charge me 229.00 n and unknown charge of $40 as well. Upon leaving to go check out another hotel I was told my debit card did not have enough $$$ for the room. Upon investigating at the bank the hotel had in fact build my account for $640. We had to shorten our trip and return as it took me a total of seven days do you have my money returned to my bank account after I had returned home. I made a total of 14 calls to the hotel left messages and telephone numbers for managers made public appearances and could never speak to Management in all desk clerks told me they did not have the authority to make the proper changes. These charges were actually charged by the residence Inn and not It was the College graduation holiday I had for my granddaughter. Yes she graduated the hall day I had planned for her did not go through as the hotel held my funds in limbo. I ended up paying for the room in question. I got no compensation for future use due to not having air conditioning in the room and there were no windows you can open.
