Konger Tarpon Springs Aquarium is at 850 Dodecanese Blvd. A simulated coral reef, complete with native plants and tropical fish, illustrates life under the sea in a 120,000-gallon tank. Visitors may watch alligator and shark feedings or snake demonstrations with a 14-foot python. A touch pool provides interaction with animals such as stingrays, baby sharks and horseshoe crabs.

Hours: Mon.-Sat. 10-5, Sun. noon-5. Shark feedings are at noon, 2:30 and 3, May-Sept.; at 11:30, 1, 2:30 and 4, rest of year. Alligator feedings are at 1 and 4, May-Sept.; 12:30 and 3:30, rest of year.
