Staff members are professional and welcoming, and their graciousness is a plus at this eatery. Although the menu includes several hot, cooked items, the emphasis is on fresh sushi which is prepared with such ingredients as salmon, yellowtail, squid, crab, shrimp, octopus, mackerel, eel, smelt roe, quail egg, conch, clam, sea urchin, mahi mahi, grouper, tuna, mussels, scallop and white meat fish. Open for dinner only on Saturday and Sunday.
