Pros: Everyone was so courteous & friendly. Hotel was located close to everything & was very clean. The free breakfast was beyond what we expected.
Cons: There was nothing that we disliked
Pros: bed excellent breakfast good
Pros: Day shift
Cons: Afternoon/evening shift.why would you put a traveling tired couple across the hall and on the same floor as the cheerleading competition teenage girls? They stayed up all night, ran up and down the hallways ,slammed doors, looked like no adult supervision but older teens and doing this until 2-3 am both nights we were there.Called front desk for help, but was pretty much blown off like we were really bothering her.In the end we got no results and basically left more tired than when we arrived. What a dissapointment and waste of money.Oh by the way the entire 2nd floor had the cheerleaders on it .
Pros: It was close to my school, serves hot breakfast. It was a brand new hotel.
Cons: no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner.
Pros: Staff,very clean, coffee ,
Cons: Elevator broke down ,
Pros: Everything was Excellent! Very close to the Retreat at Trinity which we wanted to visit. The staff was excellent especially Lena. Breakfast was very good especially the heated sweet rolls. Didn't get a chance to try the machine cooked pancakes, but they looked good.
The House Blend coffee was VERY GOOD. And it was still available into late afternoon. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the availability of two SOFT and two FIRM pillows per bed. Internet was very good. The desk was very comfortable. The white translucent window shade was very nice to keep down all day and night and still feel comfortable that others could not see in.
Cons: We could not think of anything we didn't like.
Pros: Clean and friendly staff.
Pros: The staff was always friendly and helpful. My daughter and I are staying there again in March .
Pros: Everything is brand new and very clean
Cons: I checked the price and it was 120.00
When I went to book it jumped to 133.00 plus tax and fees... To much to just have a place to sleep
