Housed just off of the Costa d’Este Resort's lobby, this restaurant serves a litany of seafood-focused dishes. The breakfast and lunch menus are a bit more casual, whereas the dinner menu delves into more diverse selections. The ceviche duo is a wonderful starter, before choosing from heavier fare like pasta, paella or select cuts of steak. A handful of Cuban dishes on the menu are inspired by the grandmother of Gloria Estefan, the resort's owner. The dining room overlooks the pool area, which also makes for great people-watching during the day. An open kitchen allows you a glimpse of the chefs mastering their craft.
