Housed just off of the resort's lobby, this casually upscale eatery offers a menu unmatched by others in the area. Several Latin influences can be found such as ceviche, ropa vieja, pollo asado, paella and bistec de palomilla. Select Cuban dishes are said to actually come from the cookbook of Gloria Estefan, the resort's owner. The menu does not stop there—fresh local and regional seafood are featured with Florida lobster, grouper and red snapper as highlights. The lunch menu is a bit more casual with sandwiches and salads, whereas, the dinner menu delves into more diverse selections. Free-range chicken, natural and hormone-free pork, USDA Choice and certified Angus beef products are offered. The dining room overlooks the scenic pool area, which also makes for great people-watching during the day. An open kitchen allows you a glimpse of the chefs mastering their craft.
