Fresh and sustainable seafood such as diver scallops, wild shrimp, king salmon and yellowtail snapper are popular choices. All beef are Prime cuts with a bone-in rib-eye highlighting the land section of the menu. Colorado lamb chops, bison tenderloin, foie gras and stuffed lobster tail are selections for those with a more refined palate. The chef utilizes the freshest ingredients available to master your selection, which includes herbs and spices from the garden just out the front door. All foods are prepared at the time of order, which means much attention and care go into each dish. The staff works diligently to assure that your experience is a memorable one.
