Pros: The room was clean and fresh and the staff was so nice and friendly!
Cons: One little issue that wasn't anyone's fault except whoever spilled some seafood juice in an elevator that stunk the place up! They were working on it constantly though!

Pros: The staff were fantastic; very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well laid out. The room I received was clean and well stocked with towels. It was great to have a full kitchen; especially a full-size refrigerator with a freezer. The bed was very good, not too firm and not too soft; I was able to get a pretty decent sleep. The location to the Verizon Amphitheater was excellent.
Cons: The building elevator and hallway were a little dated, but everything worked so I can't complain. There should be a combination of soft and firm pillows made available in the room.

Pros: Breakfast was nice, and the grounds were very well kept. It didn't feel like a Residence Inn in the middle of a large city.
Cons: Check in was a disaster. Granted, it was late, but we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to arrive to check us in, as she was the only staff member at the hotel and was helping a guest in their room. Meanwhile, my husband and two very tired children were waiting in the car. Once we got to our room, the keys didn't work, so we had to truck it back to the front desk, where the clerk had once again disappeared. After another 5 minute wait, we finally got keys and got into the room, but could not find sheets for the pull out bed, where the sleepy children needed to sleep. Luckily when I called the front desk, the clerk was there and personally brought us sheets (which explains her absence when I was up there). We also had to pay $100 for the non-refundable pet fee, which was not disclosed on Booking.com. Seemed very pricey for our tiny dog who did no damage whatsoever.
