Pros: The location was fantastic. Traveling with a large family & dog, it was nice to have the necessities near by. The room was also clean & spacious for everyone.
Cons: Not to sound lazy, but it would have been nice to have an elevator. 5 travelers (3 of them children), 3 suitcases and a dog isn't an easy task when going up a flight of outdoor stairs.

Pros: The room was like a mini apartment. Great value for the money.
Cons: The room was pretty clean, though there was spider webs in the corners of the room and there was a old used deodorant under the bed.
young couple
Pros: Nicely decorated with modern furniture. Comfortable mattress.
Cons: I was disgusted by a baby roach crawling on the kitchen wall on our suite in the middle of the night. I was also disgusted by the large bag of trash and the large bag of dirty linen that were left next to the elevator on the 3rd floor when we checked in and that were still there a day later when we checked out. We mentioned the issues of the roach, trash, and dirty linen to the staff when we checked out, and the main concern was whether we took a picture of the roach or not. No, we did not take a picture of the roach, we simply rendered our free "rid-a-bug services". We did, however, take pictures of the bag of trash and the bag of dirty linen that sat in the hallway all day and all night....which may help explain the presence of roaches. The front desk staff stated that we should have told them about the roach when we first saw it so they could have come up and sprayed. Not a good option for me. I did not like the idea of a stranger coming to our room in the middle of the night and spraying the room with poisonous bug spray nor did I like the idea of changing rooms in the middle of the night while in my PJ's. The two clerks thanked us for bringing the issues to their attention, but instead of offering to give us a discount on our room, they kindly offered water or orange juice for the road. The staff spoke with a kind tone, but we left very dissatisfied since there was no offer to give a discount on the room after bringing these three issues to their attention. We will NOT be returning.

Pros: The staff. Ms Naspeen ( I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) was exceptional and helpful.
Cons: Didn't like the pool being closed even though the weather was nice.

Pros: The breakfast was good and had plenty of healthy options.
Cons: Unfortunately we had a experience of the fire alarm for a hour false alarm thank god! However the manager was very accommodating to the inconvenience. Great job Peter! I will stay again!
