Pros: Comfy beds, hot tub and good location even though it was under construction, we knew that and for the money, it was worth it!

Pros: It was nice for the $$$$
Cons: Lots of maintenance issues. Door handle on first room I was assigned was broken. Staff quickly found a new room but there was no cold water in bathroom sink. I notified front desk when I checked out

Pros: Room looked much better inside than you would think from the outside, remodeled, clean and with coffeemaker, mini fridge, microwave included. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well. Athens is expensive to stay in, not a cheap price.
Cons: OUtside was a mess, trash, construction, several men loitering around on phone, smoking, sitting on steps. I guess not really the hotel's fault, but kind of uncomfortable.

Pros: Very convenient to downtown and the North Campus. The room was super clean and seemed like it was fairly newly remodeled. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was fine, typical hotel fare.
Cons: TINY beds. But we have been finding that most hotels that advertise "queen" are actually using beds smaller than full. The hotel is under construction now, so parking was a bit of a problem, but that should be resolved at the end of the project.
