Sort of a post-modern, Euro-Millenial feel to this property. Decor is darkish, rectangular with patches of intense color. But if you kind of ignore that, it's clean, comfortable, and inexpensive for the value. The coffee is gratis and stronger than most hotels. Breakfast is offered in the lobby and is more grab and go, than sit and read the paper.Rooms were a bit tight for modern US standards, but good enough for those who want to be out and about.I would stay here again if visiting down-town Atlanta.
Pros: Easy access from I-75 (via William St). Quite new and fresh. Recycle bin in room as well as normal bin.
Cons: Hallways were dimly lit, though this may have been an eco-feature.Bathroom ares was very tight. The fridge was very cold; fruit froze on our second night there.

Passable
Pros:
Cons: Gave us double room when I booked a king. Then after fixing it to king still ended up giving us a handicap room. Had to pay for parking. They were too picky with noise making. Never have I been to a hotel and have been told to quiet down. Drunk or not.You can't even sneeze without a complaint.

Great.
Pros: Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The facility was a very clean and inviting environment.
Cons: There is an incidental fee I had to pay at checkin of 30% Which was a complete surprise. It should be advertised so that visitors are aware.

Great stay, but the staff...
Pros: The Room. Location.
Cons: Staff was confusing on parking situation. Said one thing but said something else during my checkout.
