Pros: This was our 3rd stay at this particular Marriott. Previous visits were very good.
Cons: I had requested a King room upon booking. When I checked in I was told there was only a double with 2 beds or a double with a single bed. I said I was disappointed and was told my requests weren't guarantees. Got to the room and saw how tiny the bed was. Called back to the front desk and got a young lady who was very helpful (I unfortunately didn't get her name). I told her I would like to sleep in the same bed with my husband and that he was a Marriott Rewards card holder and didn't that account for anything? She immediately somehow found a room with a King in it. Also, I didn't realize that booking through a 3rd party didn't give us points on our Rewards card. That doesn't seem fair as we still stayed there.

Pros: Everything was very clean. Facility is outstanding.
Cons: The toilet did not flush properly. Handle needed to be held down for a long time and sometimes it still did not flush.

Pros: Looks like this hotel used to be nice....
Cons: The employees were totally unhelpful - the manager that I spoke with was some sort of short-circuiting cyborg. I'd ask for help with an issue, and she would explain another issue I didn't have. After 3 tries I gave up, took my sub-par room & went to bed
