Pros: Superb staff and great service. The concierge desk is simply wonderful. Love the place, ambiance and just about anything about it.
Cons: Guess the gym could do with a few more free weights and a slighter larger padded floor section for weights and a few more leg/ calf machines.

Pros: The staff and service make this place so very special. The Gym is good but needs a few more free weights.
Cons: Needs a marginally bigger gym, more free weights and possibly thicker softer padded floor esp by the weights

Pros:
Cons: I used to serve on a board with Mr.Joe Brennan. He would have been as appalled at the quality of the food we were served both at dinner and quick serve for breakfast. Why you have to put such exotic concoctions on your very limited dinner menu astounds me. Something more basic would appeal to a far vaster clientele.Nothing on your menu really appealed to either of us.Perhaps that is the reason your dining room was empty on a Friday evening. My wife had the pasta with BBQ Rib Meat, The worst "Good ole Southern Ribs" I've ever had were better! I also chose a pasta dish, just garlic buttered noodles and to our surprise were not served any bread with our pastas. My opinion is that a simpler fare cooked to perfection would be much more appealing to most customers. I will say that if the service had not been impeccable the dinner would have been a disaster On to the pastries for breakfast. The turnovers we had at Arby's the day before for a snack were 10 times better. Perhaps you could outsource from Arby's?
