Pros: Staff was super sweet and always smiling. I loved the contemporary look of the hotel.
Cons: Free breakfast could have been offered. My friend was given access to the executive lounge for free grub, I wasn't :(

Pros: I stayed during one of the busiest weekends for them. It was Labor Day and they were hosting people for Dragon Con, so the room type I originally booked was sold out. They upgraded me to a beautiful king suite. The woman at the front desk was very helpful with recommending restaurants and events happening in the area. The valet was a little slow when I first arrived because they only had one guy on duty that night, but it got better in the days after when he had help. It was conveniently located to the aquarium and a great breakfast restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Neighborhood seemed dicey. Heard stories of gunshots/police activity at a bar less than one block away.
Cons: Scrambled eggs were obviously reconstituted, not fresh. No prior mention of incidental fees (totaling $120) that would be included in credit card charge and refunded later. Had to call hotel to understand the difference.
