Pros: Walking distance to Georgia Aquarium, Coke, and Civil Rights Museum.
Cons: Folks let's be honest, we all have stayed at some hotel one time or another. We do some comparison and experiences. Front desk reception and dining employees were real nice and friendly, and its important to mention that.We were told it was a Suite, and it was NOT. The sofa bed was NOT a pull out, there was NO kitchen (no plates, cups, forks spoons, stove). Had a small fridge, (world has Keurig) but this one had a coffee maker, iron and a hair drier (even motel 6 has all this), and No tub only a standing stall. We needed a 2 double beds. So; what defines a Suite as mentioned and charged?Hot breakfast is included, but eggs were dry, and not fluffy, breakfast potatoes were not moist and not stove temp. Waffles mix was missing some zest. Coffee is alright, but runs out quick and it was only 8 am. plenty of sitting spaces.Room Issues; the toilet had a missing left flange bolt, luckily the toilet was not shifting right to left from the weight. One light switch acted as a circuit breaker for all the lights in the room, which rocked left and right when you moved it, so for safety reason we left as is. The shower stall had water which did not fully draining own its own. The main bathroom door had a sliding door not a fully shut door, so you can hear all the activities. No safe in the room to securely put belongings. Early morning the dumpster truck acts as a wake-up alarm, so no need to set your alarm. The employee service elevator should be separated. The room service, maintenance, and clients all used same elevators, it looked very unprofessional. Smell in the elevator sometimes was not pleasant. The rear elevator door opened for service employees only and every floor had that so why not keep on elevator just for that?By the way there was a dead fish in the tank for few days, no one paid any attention to the tank. Peachtree shopping center is a joke. This city needs some redesigning to pull people to come.
