Nice But Upsetting
Pros: The staff was excellent. The breakfast was the bomb. We really enjoyed it and was very surprised at the different items to choose from.
Cons: Well the front desk needs to be more knowledgeable about what the prices are for. Also they may need a training in when people pay with cash you don't still charge their credit card. I was charged for 3 rooms on my card overdrawing my acct. I saw this the next day went down there they said they fixed it but didn't. I booked 2 rooms when we got there one couple paid with cash and my husband paid with his credit card. But they still charged my acct for those two rooms plus another room and charged my husbands card. So they got paid triple. I had to go to the bank do a dispute and was charged fees. Also none of our cards worked in the wall to charge phones. The sockets were horrible.

Good place to stay near...
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of items: eggs, waffles, toast, juice, coffee, tea, bread for toast, sweet rolls, yogurt (with some toppings). Sometimes the breakfast room was crowded and noisy (lots of young folks), but somehow we always did find a seat.
Cons: It was very difficult to get hot water, unless others were using it (e.g., in the morning). The 4th floor bridge to the other wing often had puddles of water. We carried our suitcases over this, rather than pull them (even though our suitcases had wheels).

Pros: I did like the convenience of the location to the events I planned to attend.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I requested a room with a view, and received no view of the city at all.

I did a New Orleans...
Pros: Artavious at the front desk was very hospitable. He made sure that our stay was quite comfortable. He assisted us by directing us to the hotel and setting us up with transportation The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The area was simply beautiful and my favorite colors as well. The location was perfect for walking even though the weather was not the best. Had an amazing time. Looking forward to next year!!!
Cons: No microwave in the room...but I understand why...people do some foolish things.
