Pros: Location in Midtown was great. Easy to get to everything. Only downside was the amount of construction going on in the area. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing really. Midtown is growing, so the amount of local construction was to be expected.

Pros: Front desk person gave us a discount since parking lot was full and had to pay for public parking
Cons: Check in time was at 4pm and check out was at 11 am the following day. $300 for this short time seems overly high and check in time seemed very late

Pros: The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to go an extra mile to help and resolve your queries.
Cons: The computers connected to printer were not working properly. Bed was extra soft which is not good for those suffering from back pain.

Pros: The location of the property was within walking distance of most of the places I needed to go.
Cons: The air conditioner was so loud that it kept me awake at night. I couldn't hear the tv when the unit came on. The website quoted one price for parking but the hotel charged higher rate. On a recent trip at this hotel I was given a room with a balcony, but this trip I was charged higher rate.

Pros: Comfortable beds, big room, full kitchen, the balcony room is just awesome, loved the cooked breakfast and variety everyday. Staff were lovely and professional. Would stay there again. Short walk to the park where you can hire bikes from Skates and restaurants all within walking distance.- recommend The Vortex.
Cons: $25 a day to park your car in the open compound is steep and adds up over the days.. It's cheaper on the street
