They let me drop my bags off before my wedding. When we arrived that night, the desk clerk congratulated us and offered us a room upgrade for us to celebrate our marriage. We ordered room service both that night and in the morning and the service and food were excellent.
Pros: The friendly staff.

Pros: It was in walking distance of several attractions such as Piedmont Park and local eats. All of the employees did their best to make sure you were completely satisfied especially the concierge. He was awesome!!
Cons: There was construction which limited elevator use at times. You could also hear banging but it wasn't terrible.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean. The location was excellent, I was in walking distance from lots of places to eat. They also had one of the best gyms that I have seen in a hotel.
Cons: For the price of the room, I would have expected a heated outdoor pool.
