Pros: Room was vey clean & bed comfortable! Breakfast was okay but still miss the bacon! Unit very accessible to The Longhorn Steakhouse & Applebee's. Unfortunately by the time I arrived for check in and a lack of better dining facilities in the area , both places were packed and on extremely long wait times.
Cons: Saturday morning I stopped in at the unit to verify my reservation was okay. The young lady verified I was good. I asked if the unit had a couch bcz I stay up and read a lot, she said no but I can upgrade you at no cost. I said that would be wonderful bcz I would be in Atlanta all day and would be a late check in, she should no problem. When I arrive that evening , another young lady was at the reception desk. She was very snooty and not at all friendly. I asked if the room had been upgraded as promised. She said, "No, bcz you;re not a Reward member and there are no upgraded rooms left"! I asked if the morning agent, a Representative of the company's commitment to me was not good enough? She said no, she was not authorized to make that commitment and she was going to call her at home and ask her why she had said that , and that she was in error...All said in a very nasty tone of voice! I thought that was very much uncalled for ! I also asked for a first floor room since I have two bad knees, of course, that was discarded rapidly as there were none available. I struggled getting a service cart, unloaded my luggage and a fellow guest assisted me with the elevator and the cart ! Upon arriving in the room, I turned on the TV and the volume was super low. On a scale of 1 to 100, it would only increase to a maximum of 23%...Which meant that I would have to sit directly in front of The TV to be able to hear it. It was not audible from the bed, across the room! On my way out to pick up some dinner, I told the same clerk about the V audio dilemma, she said she would check it out, which she did. When I got back, she said it was perfectly normal to her! Balderdash! This young lady, and I;m sure you can check work schedules to identify the person, should not be working in the Service Industry! She doesn't have the aptitude to attend the needs of the public. Her demeanor was reprehensible!.
