It was okay, just horribly okay. From the description, I thought this was closer to a resort ("Mt. Chalet"), fireplace (um, no), satellite tv (er, yeah, just not all the channels), bathroom small in size (4'x 6'?), a television from 2002 (not bad picture if I was living in a dorm room but this was a double bed room and I felt like I needed binoculars lying in bed to see what channel the remote had hopped to), the microwave (with dials that you could not adequately tell whether you had set something to heat for 10 seconds or 2 minutes), and to top it off, I had called ahead to say we were going to be coming in late, we had driven two hours from the airport in pitch dark, we get there, and we knocked on the after hours service window for 10-15 minutes, when the clerk sleepily came to the door just as I was about to leave. Oh yeah, the complimentary breakfast. 20 people standing around in a 10'x 14' room just off the desk lobby looking at 4-6 pieces of burnt sausage, 4-6 indeterminate egg product, and a single wafflemaker station that happened to be manned by a patron who apparently was baffled by the intricacies of the machine, and was on the third attempt of a single solitary successful waffle, having fought through the first attempt which cooked only one side of the waffle, and the second attempt that I can only fathom was used as a tribute in a viking funeral. There were pastries wrapped in plastic similar to what you'd find in a vending machine available, a cereal station that allowed you to choose from a whopping two brands, and a small clear refrigerated unit keeping milk, and yogurt (I believe) with vending OJ and apple juice. That was my only visit. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the pillows, although small (but plentiful, I believe each bed came with a 4-pack), were soft and pleasant, and we didn't hear much in the way of external noise, so sleep wasn't an issue.
Pros: Location was convenient.
Cons: For the price: - 25" Color Tube Television - Satellite TV, sure, but not all the channels - Bathroom ridiculously small, shower head installed at a perfect height if you're 5'6", ran out of hot water for shower first morning...
