Combined experience of more than 25 years in the hospitality industry and a vision of farm-to-table goodness brought the two owners together for this venture. The décor is mountain rustic with lots of wood and wrought iron, but the food is the main attraction. Regional and local farms are utilized for fresh ingredients. There also are many gluten-free offerings. Lunch is served Wednesday through Sunday in the summer and Wednesday through Saturday in the off season.
