Enjoyed our stay - good...
Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful for all my needs. The breakfast had enough variety that everyone could find something they could enjoy.

Nice room but breakfast not...
Pros: The room was fine.
Cons: Tried to toast a bagel. All I got was a warm doughy bagel. Ugh. Those toasters do not toast. It was barely warm. Another guest said the same thing. Also the toilet seat moves around when you sit on it. Needs to be fixed.

Ok Place but I'll Never...
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice clean room.
Cons: We had to cancel our stay one day early. The management told me since I booked through a 3rd party (Booking.com) that I would have to pay for the night I didn't stay. Then they told me they could issue my receipt until a day later via email. Next day no receipt ( I needed the receipt for my company expense report). I called them back and they then refused to issue a receipt at all. I will never stay there or in any property they own/manage again.
