Pros: The only thing great about it was its distance to my parents' desired location of Six Flags.
Cons: The fact my mother almost had to pay for it herself, despite me paying for it online, was not helpful. I ended up having to fax paperwork to pay for it. It was a huge inconvenience. Hotels that don't allow you to pay fully online should be removed.

Cons: This is very minor. A young woman was mopping. I assume either the water was dirty or the mophead itself was because while she was mopping and after the floor had dried, there was a foul, mildewy smell in the area.

Six Flags and Six Stars
Pros: The Springhill Suites Hotel was an excellent property that provided me and my family with the comfort we were looking for in Atlanta. After an exhausting day at Six Flags the rooms were very comforting and satisfied our needs. I was able to wind down with a coffee and a nice atmosphere in the lobby while my family and children watched TV after swimming in the indoor pool. I was very happy with the secure environment

The housekeeper steal..and the general...
Pros: The lady that check us in was very nice and friendly.
Cons: The day I was to leave I step into the hall where the housekeeper ask me if I had check out I told her no! Walk to my car that was park in front of the door about 15 feet away from my room because I was on the first floor I put some bag in the car and went to walk back to the room she was meeting me with my purse that she had stolen 100$ out of the general manager was very short and nasty with me and didn't even want to give me a card with his name on it...this was just awful the way he treated me like I had stolen something

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was only there for one night, but I definitely would have liked to have stayed longer. Breakfast was decent, but the staff were awesome, and the room was great. And the bed???!! Super comfy!! I slept better than I have in a while. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: No eggs for breakfast just waffles. Maybe I was too late for meat, I went down at 9:00,
Cons: Elevator was out of order but hotel still would not cancel reservations. In the future the customer needs to aware that the cancellation time is zoned where the hotel is located and not where the customer is located. Probably a trick anyway. I tried to cancel the hotel at 11:45 central time but was not allowed. I guess they went by Eastern time.

Cons: Being awaken early by housekeeping staff even though we had do not disturb on our door. We were in room right next to their linen closet . They were very loud. Woke us up after we had arrived late the night before with 2 newborn twins and a 2 yr old toddler! We still had another long day of travel ahead of us! We were not happy . We did tell the front desk upon leaving and she apologized. She said the manager would call me later. He did call and left a message, but I couldn't understand his message. He just apologized basically and gave me 10,000 extra points on my Marriott card. I would have rather had the sleep and a free room. We needed the sleep more than anything. This was after a long Easter weekend with 3 small kids and a trip to Georgia Aquarium! Very disappointed in Marriott !
