Pros: I was greeted and taken care of. Check in and out was very quick and efficient. Rooms were sound proof and you really couldn't hear anything until you went in the hall. Which was great since I had to study for a test that would be taken in the morning. Overall I would say that it was a great stay and convenient location for the price.

Pros: Convenience to the interstate. Lady at checkout, who gave us a partial refund after i explained my problems at check-in.
Cons: Bed was very springy with little padding=cheap mattress. Specifically requested first floor room, got a 2nd floor, handicap-accessible room. Lady at check-in didn't acknowledge my presence for more than 3 minutes, as she was busy talking with someone (not a guest?) and then giving a guest change for laundry machine. Finally told me to come around (through a previously locked door) in a manner that led me to believe that i should have already come through that locked (as of 3 seconds ago) door to talk to her. It's all downhill from there...there's a bit more about how much this lady did not meet my needs, but i'm done explaining. No ice machine on each floor--just the one in the 'breakfast nook' by the lobby. Towels were small, scratchy, and not terribly absorbent. LOTS of door-slamming...we finally got to bed sometime after midnight after turning on a white-noise machine. Lots of mirrors in the room--at the head of the bed, a 2 foot tall, 10 foot wide one--which made me wonder... oh, yeah, and the fact that it's about 30 feet from another hotel which was advertising cheaper rates than i made my reservation for.
