Pros: the staff was awesome and the place was too!
Cons: water main break in town caused a bit of a problem for the whole area

Pros: Overall the hotel was very good and staff very friendly
Cons: We had reservations for two nights but had to leave late the first day. We had to pay for the second day because of late check out. Hoped you all would have not charged us for the second day

Pros: Staff gave us a room on the first floor.
Cons: Room had a musty smell on entering and there were only towels for two. The reservation for 3 was made many days in advance. Breakfast area-No regular coffee only dark and non-caffeine. The dark was way too strong. Before 7:00 some folks came through and made a mess of food service area and there was no staff monitoring the area. Total turn-off. Credit card charged for incidentals and there were none with the final bill. Charge on card should match final bill!

Pros: It was clean and the staff worked quick to get us checked in.
Cons: The sofa bed was too hard for my kids and the flush valve on the toilet was broken.The blankets were too thin.The pool was cold being indoor it should'be been heated. That's why I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool.

Pros: Breakfast and cleanliness was excellent.
Cons: When I arrived the gentleman that helped me check in could have been just a little more helpful. I thought I had booked for two nights but I most of not. So he tells me I only have booked one night Nd that their full so that was that, and processed to answer the phone. Not coming back to work with me and my problem. So after an hour I came back down to see if I could be put on availability list a new gentleman tells me that they have rooms available. So it worked out for me in the long run. I just felt it could of been handled better in the beginning.
