Pros: I like the 2nd night in that I got what I initially asked for. The 1st night, not good at all.
Cons: Double beds in that I requested it 2 times on the online booking page. No microwave nor refrigerator in the rooms as I had two young children with me traveling to see our relatives for the summer. This was quite surprising and more unreal to me. Cockroaches by the indoor pool area as someone left the door open to the outside. Why would someone do this? The deception that there was an indoor and outdoor pool when there was only an outdoor. The deception of being told at the front desk that there would be an additional fee of 50.00 a night to be placed on hold after I checked out for at least 3 days. huh? No towels left in the indoor pool area at 9:00pm--if the pool closing time is 11:00 then some attendant in the Hotel should be appointed to make sure that towels are available the whole time.

Pros: The staff was very nice, great customer service! The property wasn't bad, it just needs some renovations.
Cons: The bathroom sink would get clogged up.

Pros: The staff was phenomenal!! Answered every question I had with ease! The room was clean and spacious.
