Nice place. Extra attention to floors in bathrooms and room needs to be given.
Pros: Location, coutesy of employees, cost was fair
Cons: Could have used parking garage instead of valet but they made it sound as expensive as valet. It wasn't. There were smokers on our floor although its a smoke free hotel. Hard to combat those people.

Pros: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
Cons: The construction in the building. On site parking was not available, was very annoying.

Pros: The room was a good size, the bathroom was what you would expect and most of the staff were friendly. Although locals informed us that the neighborhood was a little risky at night, it was near other reputable hotels. Free internet was easy to connect.
Cons: Lobby tacky and cramped. Under construction; old carpet. Poor television due to no HD. No coffee in room. Clerk insisted the only viable parking option was with the hotel's lot; but the city's plan was half the cost, with parking available all over town.

Pros:
Cons: The hotel was located more on the outskirts of the historical district if it really was at all. The hotel room carpet was extremely dirty. The hotel was under construction which should have been disclosed when booking. Also, the hallway had sewer smell
