Pros: One particular staff that worked in the kitchen and a young lady at the front desk that corrected my key that wouldn't work.
Cons: The pool water was too cold and the lights hours went out at 10 pm.

Pros: I liked the location. It was very close the historic district so we didn't have to travel very far for most of everything we wanted to do.
Cons: First, we weren't informed that it would cost $27.00 a day to park not including tax. If you aren't staying here, it costs $15.00 a day to park for some odd reason. I wasn't informed this until after we arrived. There was a $200 dollar hold on top of the basic hotel expense that also wasn't told to me until I was at the front desk in case I decided to use the valet parking or any other amenity. Secondly, if you want to have a breakfast you have to pay around $12.00 a day. I had the most amazing breakfast at a local restaurant for less than this. The point of having breakfast in your hotel is for convenience so $12.00 is pretty steep. Thirdly, we had multiple issues with receiving more coffee cups each day. We had to go and ask the staff to replace them 3 out of the 4 days that we stayed. Lastly, the shower head was covered in soap scum so the water pressure wasn't strong at all. I was so excited to finally get home to my CLEAN shower. Overall, I would NEVER stay here again. There are other hotels that are close by who don't have hidden fees and the location is just as good. The price at the end ended up being around 800 dollars for 4 nights. I have stayed in hotels that are around this range and received a MUCH MUCH higher quality experience than this.
