Pros: The staff was great and Carlton was very helpful and fun to talk to. I didn't catch the name of the front desk girl but she too went above and beyond and always had a smile. The wait staff in the dining room were very sweet too. I give them all a 10.

Pros: Excellent breakfast served in conservatory. Cheese and wine party very pleasant. Manager and staff all first class. Talk by a tour guide on the history of Savannah, followed by a history of the hotel given by the manager, Hugh. Very interesting. I can honestly say that this is the pleasantest hotel stay I have ever had.

Pros: Heritage style. Common areas downstairs.
Cons: With the help of the staff we had a different room on each night. Both were very dark, facing into a small inner courtyard, noisy and quite small. It was admittedly a very busy weekend. On a future visit we would have to make sure that we got a big enough and bright enough room.
