AAA Inspector Notes
The warm comfortable décor relaxes you and sets the mood for this restaurant's wonderful cuisine. The menu has the typical lineup of specialties, like noodle, curry, rice and salad dishes, but the preparation is light years ahead of what typical Thai restaurants offer. Each dish's spices and herbs are beautifully balanced and the heat is adjusted to your specifications; the result in incredible. One of my courses was the cold beef and cucumber salad; I could have stayed all day just for that. A wide selection of house specialty dishes is also available, like the volcano shrimp, tuptim seasoned duck and a huge seafood platter with lobster tail, shrimp, squid, and scallops for added diversity. For sushi lovers, a full sushi bar is tucked away in the corner, or you can order a sample with your Thai meal. It may surprise you to find such good Thai food in this little waterfront hamlet. It certainly surprised me. Enjoy.
