Pros: Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great
Cons: Did not like the lighting in room, mainly the bathroom. Breakfast was good, would have been better if it was hot.

Pros: Bed was decent. Not perfect but usually I have a horrible back ache after sleeping on hard hotel beds and I was fine...so to me that's great. The staff took care of issues promptly. So I still gave it a positive rating (not perfect rating) due to their quick response to issues.
Cons: When I arrived, there was a line to check in and there were two teens causing a scene. They came in off the street because it was pouring down rain and seemed as if one was under the influence. He kept yelling to the people checking in to rent him a room for the night. Then he laid down on the couch. It was awkward. I was the last one in line and as I was checking in he came to the desk and started asking me to buy him a room. I felt sorry for the kid he seemed mentally challenged but also under the influence. Finally the employee said they can't rent him a room he's underage and he said well call me an ambulance. So as I left I'm sure there was quite a scene. When I arrived to my room it was nice and clean. Nice size shower. The tv remote had only one battery. I called the desk and she said she didn't have any batteries and she would have to ask her manager. She never called back. I went to the restroom and it clogged/didn't flush properly. I called her back and she understandably had been dealing with the teens in the lobby and had not had a chance to ask for batteries. She offered to switch my room for the inconvenience which I appreciated. The new room had a weird smell each time the air/heat came on and a smaller shower but had a Jacuzzi tub (which I didn't need/use) but it appeared clean. I appreciate the employee for not delaying with a solution. I'm sure it was just as difficult of a situation with the two teens for her as it was for the guests. She kept her cool and handled it well and did her best to make it right. The breakfast was the basic hotel continental breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Only concern with breakfast was that the meats (sausage each of the two days and another day a week and a half later) was cool/warm. The floors seem soft. As you're walking down the halls the floor feels like it gives in many places as well as in the room.
