This restaurant features a nightly seven-course prix-fixe meal with advance reservations required for non-hotel guests. Dinner starts with a chef's surprise palate tickler, followed by five courses selected from a list of nightly offerings and concluding with a plate of confections. The nightly soups are always excellent and the seafood is most likely fresh and prepared in a local fashion. For dessert, I recommend the trio of wax apple.
