Belmont Estate

Belmont Estate, about 1 mi. w. of Conference Main Rd., dates back to the 17th century and is now an organic farm where cocoa is harvested and fermented to prepare for use in chocolate making. A variety of tours is offered that showcases the estate’s cocoa processing, tropical gardens, fruit orchards and vegetable garden. Also onsite is a museum with exhibits about Grenada’s traditions and history, and a goat dairy farm.
