Musée du Rhum is at Belle Vue. The Rum Museum chronicles three centuries of sugar cane history, leading to the distilling of rum. Exhibits include early production equipment, models of trade ships and information about Caribbean customs and daily life. An extensive butterfly and arthropod collection also is displayed. Tastings are offered at the end of the tour. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
