Musée du Café is .6 km (.4 mi) n. The museum traces the cultivation of coffee in Guadeloupe from 1721 to the present. Historic exhibits at this working plantation include antique coffee mills and roasters. Visitors may observe the processing of bonifière coffee and taste the finished product.
