Hidalgo House Museum

Hidalgo House Museum (Museo Casa de Hidalgo) is a block s. of the main plaza at Calle Morelos #1 (at Calle Hidalgo). Miguel Hidalgo lived here when he was the town's parish priest. It contains many items relating to the life of the patriot, including paintings, portraits, books, period furniture and a room filled with wreaths and other memorials.
