Hotel is a nice business type hotel. Bad location for the vacationer. Requires a taxi to get to the main tourist areas or for shopping. I did not like the fluorescent light bulbs in the room. Hard to read in the room. Staff was very helpful. Liked the hotel airport shuttle service. Needed to be informed about breakfast. I thought it was part of the room cost. I signed my ticket and left. Waiter came after me as I was leaving. Waiter could not speak English. Paid my bill and left.
Pros: Staff always willing to help.
Cons: Breakfast was confusing. Did not know if I had to pay and how much.

Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was great as well as a nice sitting area in bar. Service was below standards for upscale hotel in Leon. Had to have room key reset 4 times in two days and no apology. Food was terrible. Stay here and eat elsewhere and you will enjoy your stay.
Pros: For Leon Mexico and this was a beautiful hotel at a reasonable price.
Cons: Dining room staff unfriendly. Ate their twice and food was the worst, I have ever had in Mexico.
